• DJ Drop Zone offers various genres of DVJ Packs, including Club, Dropdown, EDM, House, Bollywood Techno, Bollywood Tech House, Bollywood Retro, and many more. If you want a customized pack in another genre or playlist, you can connect with us for further discussion.

• DJ Drop Zone is committed to providing premium quality at affordable prices. All our video elements, overlays, and visuals are in 4K or FHD (1080p) quality. The audio tracks used with the video tracks are in 320kbps or HQ WAV file format. We do not compromise on quality. With nearly 10 years of experience, we've seen many industry artists or beginner DJs copy and paste other DJs' work from YouTube-released videos, which are already 50% compressed. To address this issue and help fellow artists affordably, we offer FHD quality DVJ Packs. Our videos range from 400 MB to 800 MB in size, ensuring no quality compromise. As we always say, "DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT. SEE THE QUALITY FOR YOURSELF." 😉

Does having repeated tracks mean the remixes are the same?

• No, even if some tracks are repeated across different DVJ Packs, like "Kala Chashma" in both Party Essentials: Volume 2 and Bollywood Wedding Dhamaka  Packs, the remixes will be different. Each pack contains unique remixes, ensuring a diverse selection of tracks for your performances. This variety helps keep your sets fresh and engaging.

• The number of tracks varies for each pack. Our two most important and best-selling packs, Party Essentials Vol.1 and Vol.2, each contain 50 tracks, providing a total of 100 tracks. Other packs generally include at least 25 tracks each.

• Yes, customization is available. Please connect with us via email or WhatsApp (send us a message if your call is not answered). We offer two types of customization:
  • 1: You provide a list of tracks you want to replace in our pack. For example, if you're buying Party Essentials Vol.1 and want to replace a few tracks with your own remixes, we will replace them with our own video edits for a nominal charge. This is because your tracks might differ from those in the DVJ Pack, requiring small edits and cuts to ensure quality.
  • 2: You let us know the genre pack you want, and we can combine different genre packs to create your customized pack (minimum quantity 50). You'll need at least 10 tracks from each genre for your party.
  • Note: For either option, if you want a whole new video edit, charges will vary depending on the expected quality. You will need to share your audio first so we can determine the appropriate level and budget for your remix or mashup edit. 

• No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Due to the digital nature of our products and the ability to preview DVJ Packs through our free demo service, all sales are final. We believe our free demo service provides sufficient information for customers to make informed purchase decisions.

• We only accept UPI payment method right now. 

• Yes, our payment partners are well-known and trusted globally. 

• Once your order is received and confirmed, you will receive Google Drive (or any similar platform) links from DJ Drop Zone within 5-9 working days. Since all videos will be watermarked with your own logo, we manually export all the tracks listed in the packs, which takes some time to ensure proper quality and delivery. If you prefer a physical USB stick delivered to your address instead of a Google Drive link, we can arrange that for an additional charge covering the USB stick and courier fees.

• No, you can't. As a DJ, you typically play a single track for a maximum of 2 minutes, and your party will last at least 2 hours. A single track won't suffice for a successful event. 

• Restart your laptop, desktop, or Mac. You may also need to reinstall your DJ/VJ software. The video files should work properly; if they don't, it could be due to corrupted files from a virus attack or a bug in your software.

• We typically keep backups for a week due to the high volume of orders from our clients. However, at DJ Drop Zone, our goal is try to be available for our clients whenever needed. You can contact us to request a backup. If it's still available, we will share it with you. If a new copy needs to be created from scratch, you will need to provide confirmation of your previous order. Our team will then check and inform you of any additional minimal charges for creating a new copy of your pack.

• Our team of experienced DJs meticulously curates the music tracks for our DVJ Packs. We prioritize high-quality, legally sourced tracks from various music platforms and official artist channels. Some tracks are also produced in-house by our talented team.

• We prioritize fair usage policies and respect the rights of artists and copyright holders.

• While we focus on providing pre-curated DVJ Packs, we understand that you might have specific music preferences. You can reach out to our customer support for custom pack inquiries, and we'll do our best to accommodate your requests.

• The use of music tracks from our DVJ Packs is intended for personal/private use only. 

• Yes, we offer ghost production services. Please contact our customer support for more information on pricing and the process.
